It would be helpful for identifying the problem if you could include a debug log, a list of other mods you are using, and a screenshot of the situation where the problem occurred.

I don't seem to be able to get the quest, even after about ~70 days in a playthrough, a research broker had not appeared once. Could it be possible to add an option where the quest is fixed to appear every number of days, rather than randomly as a quest? It might be because my mod list is big, and too many other quests are taking up its place, or might be interfering with its spawning method or something.
Either way, I'd really like to give this mod a try. Doing a playthrough where I'm forced to buy every research sounds fun.
