go into the directory where you installed garry's mod and create a folder in garrysmod/addons called whatever you want, after that, make a folder called sound, inside that folder make another called dodlmsthemes, then you can put your music in there.

after all is done, your pack directory should look like this

GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons\[call this folder whatever you want]\sound\dodlmsthemes\[any ost].wav/ogg/mp3
