i just tested the mod after the update - everything works fine for me, my friend also confirmed it. The only three reasons could be these:
1. Make sure you have enabled all 3 addons (nextbot, pill pack, drgbase), and if not, enable them and don't forget to restart the game.
2. If you downloaded the addon in the garrys mod menu when it was running - restart the game. The addon was probably not mounted correctly.
3. If all this did not help you, then the only reason is a conflict of addons. Try disabling one page with addons at a time, and you will find the one that conflicted. (If it was really an addon, please tell me which one caused the problem.)
