Look at the date this item was published. November 4, 2011.
Now compare that to the workshop page for the Sammy Cap. MARCH 25, 2013.

THIS CAME FIRST, STOP WITH THE COMMENTS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ON THE CREATOR. HE DID IT FIRST.

Do your own research before accusing someone of copying someone else.
