Loose Cannon + Sandman
I think it would be cool if it stunned whoever it hit as well as make them go flying.

I think it shoulf charge like the loose cannon but instead of stunning it should knock players into the air like bowling pins

well, it would probably work out better if it had a charge time like the jarate, (heavy can't hold 10 bowling balls at once) but since it has a charge time, it cant just only knock them in the air, but also bonk them, or even double donk them.
