I can use it with Advanced Trajectory's Realistic Overhaul?
Yes, but you would have to configure them very carefully:

1 - Disable the aiming bonus in one of the two mods so a double bonus isn’t applied.
2 - Don’t use the “Required items” from "Advanced Trajectory’s Realistic Overhaul" (I mean "True Crawl" or "True Crouching") because those mods are incompatible with this one.
