Snowdancer Suggestions and Thoughts
Snowdancer is a great well rounded character thats far more balanced than i've seen for most, clearly built around the less intense side of modding, its worth using and can get you far. However there are some issues that I'd love to see addressed

Prayer. Prayer is a good, solid mechanic, but putting yourself in end-lag during neutral seems too not worth while to work with rather than attempt to get in, or wall someone out with projectiles especially since you get a limited number of them depending on the pray level, meaning you need to invest in it more to keep access to your specials. Given the meter gain is nice, but with almost nothing to spend it on, it seems.. useless? im sure once they get supers this will be solved. but honestly its more appealing to just remain at zero or one prayer and do base combos and the specials you have, If there would be one thing I could change, it would be to make prayers permanent and rework final prayer, Since spending four meter for a fast final prayer +3 on more specials is a little bit costly, considering the game might be over by that time on base settings... Not to mention Fast prayer, which removes the large lag of the move, great!, but is unusable in combos, which is the optimal place to pray, but due to the low hitstun of almost all moves, finding an opportunity to capitalize on the lack of meter loss to praying means you either give up a combo to pray, or continue but end up later to pray in neutral and be put in danger. Its very high risk for very little reward.

Good fixes would be to allow for fast prayer during advantage at the cost of meter, or to make praying during neutral more worth it, such as keeping your specials permanently and reworking/ removing threshold.

Second, is Fable, God sometimes it feels like using it is more hurtful to you than worth it, the strange and unchanging range should make it punishing to use but worth it upon landing, but it simply ruins grounded combos with the air transition unless you use a very specific string to get airborn and hit, and depending on DI multiplier this may not even work. and during air combos it forces the use of an air option to extend a few hits longer. this is good. Don't change this. aerial version is great.

Caress. Caress has no dash-grab option, while nearly every modded and vanilla character now does, this makes grabbing clunky and rather back of mind since its very specific. often not useful as even a combo ender since its unextendable, even with vortex. Ensemble simply does its job better seemingly. It almost serves as a slot filler in its current state.

Swipe! Swipe is... shockingly overbearing and powerful, since it also gives you upward momentum, this allows it to be hit four, maybe five times at low DI multipliers, this is not good, it makes their other air options just seem worse and less useful compared to it, a good nerf is needed, maybe a higher decrease to its hitstun after consecutive uses or remove its upwards momentum

Grounded Attack Options.

While they are decent, they really only have two even remotely usable ones. Swoon and Overturn, both slow, overtune has good range but since they have so little options, it gets read out a large majority of the time, and punished. while swoon is less ranged and faster, still it is not that much better than their other options. If the character is intended to await a punish with her other moves such as slash or swipe, it even fails this due to how much of a mixed bag modded characters or even some vanilla ones can be, there are too many generalist characters.

A nice fix to this would be to give short intangiblity to slash during the dash back, allowing to easier punishes in close range, since a move even one frame faster will bypass this option.

My final only complaint is the lack of information on how Glaciation works. Its... Confusing? i dont seem to find any use for it during my testing, even in singleplayer. it'd be nice to know how it works.
