Phase decay counts as death for some reason.
Not sure if this is intentional or not but once a phase arsenal'd clone dies it gives all of my pawns the "Colonist Died" mood debuff. This was tested in an entirely sterile environment with just this mod so I'm pretty sure it's not some sort of conflict.
