I don't use Humanoid Alien Races myself, so I'm not familiar with it. However, after looking at the HAR mod's source code, I don't think there should be any issues because the Harmony patching locations in HAR and Transmog mod don't overlap.

If there are any bugs, please let me know with the logs, and I'll fix them.

There's a minor issue with Yuran mod I'm trying this on. Namely, Yuran has unique sprites for marine/cataphract armor which they will use when wearing it, however sadly I'm unable to assign it with a transmog, it applies default marine armor sprite on them instead.
