Error and Bug Report
If you want to report something, that would be the adequate place.

Make sure you include at least a traceback and a description of what you were doing.

If you want it to be fixed include a full log (in file format please), or a a way to reproduce with only this mod (and optionally its Enhanced patch).

I do not make any promises, as this may take a time that I don't have luxury of.
As such If you absolutely want it fixed, fix it yourself and make a merge request on the github.

Hi Daleim, I think the patch for Vanilla Cooking Expanded may need to be updated. I am seeing some startup errors related to cheese making with centaur milk. I included a log with minimal mods to minimize noise.

Hi thank you for the heads-up those patches are indeed not tested currently. Thank you for taking the time to do a minimal setup.

From what I'm seeing VCE reworked their recipe system definition while going from 1.5 to 1.6, breaking the patch. I'll see if I can get it fixed, might take some time.

@ColossalFossil, Okay took the time to fix it in the end.
Should work like previous version now, that said I'm not convinced that having a custom cheese is really the way. Seems like a maintenance nightmare. And I'm not sure if in older times VCE would color their cheese through xml that would explain why our custom texture is white. It's for sure not the case anymore tho, so I'm putting into question having a custom cheese. Might drop it to use VCE's textures.

I'm taking input on that one as I usually don't play with Vanilla Cooking Expanded.

Thank you for fixing the XML error on load and I think you are correct. It is a bit unnecessary and would suggest using the base VCE texture instead. I don't think I even noticed the difference since I think I have only made cheese once or twice and it wasn't with centaur milk.

I do know that the Vanilla Expanded series has been slightly rocky lately due to a couple of namespace changes as well as base level expansions such as furniture. That's why I think it may not be worth the effort and protect yourself from a headache in the future.

Dunno if its just me, but small female imps have missing textures, also female ones do not show up for me on the quick slaughter tab

now i know what the problem was, the filename for the baby females were typed wrong
