Skull-X-3-6/4: artificial agent

does anyone know how to use it? does it do anything? am i glitched or was the mod bugged? is it just "mastery" but for MR. 4 eyes?

The agent isnt an active thing its a passive ability that just talks to the skull unit about the foe
