Bug: temporary colonists taking arms that can't be dropped
Reproduction:
- accept a quest where one or more combat pawns are shuttled-in with a pawn to protect,
- the pawns are treated as colonists,
- the combat pawn is taking 2-3 additional weapons from the stockplle, as per the mod's functionality,
- the temporary combat pawn will not drop their weapons, as per Vanila functionality,
- when the quest ends with the combat pawn alive the pawn takes all their equipment, including your weapons.

Desired behaviour:
- temporary pawns don't take weapons from the colony stockpile,
or
- temporary pawns return the weapons to the stockpile.

Workarounds:
- assign the pawn an apparel policy that allows only the weapon the pawn came with (not tested, work intensive, probably will allow the pawn to take a the same weapon type of beter quality),
- assign CE loadout (not tested, requires CE),
- down the temporary pawns via dev god mode (works, occupies a hospital bed),
- arrest or kill the temporary pawn (works at the price of instantly hostle relations and potential harm from combat).

I confirmed the bug. The temporary colonist detection seems to have a logic issue that doesn't properly identify shuttle quest pawns. I'll try to fix the detection logic to handle those
