[Bug Report] Smelter Filter eventually gets ignored
So i have been recently trying to figure out why all my weapons are being destroyed into the smelter, and it seems removing this mod has stopped my colonists from destroying all my weapons.

1.) The colonists ignore smelter bill filters.

Even if i "X" all the bill options shown below, the colonists still continue bringing weapons to destroy on the smelter.

*allow smeltable
*allow non-smeltable
*allow non-burnable
*allow burnable
*allow biocoded
*allow non-biocoded

The Quality filter is still working properly, but there's a problem. I had a smelter bill that was set to any quality and had the "allow non-biocoded" filter crossed out, which means the bill should ignore non-biocoded weapons. But since the filter settings are getting ignored somehow, it means all my weapons are being brought to the smelter to be destroyed. This bill was working fine for a long time, and only broke after playing with this mod.

2.) This mod is not always broken.

When i used this mod, it wasn't immediately breaking the smelter bills at the start. After playing for a while however, The smelter bill filter bug starts happening. The only way to fix the bug is to remove the mod, load the save file, quit to menu, add the mod, and then load the save file again. It is then fixed for a while, but after playing for an indeterminate amount of time, the bug starts happening again.

Kinda sucks that all my Masterwork and Legendary weapons got wiped twice. The first time i had a suspicion that it was this mod was causing something since i recently added it, but after testing with and without the mod, the problem suddenly disappeared so i wasn't able to pinpoint this mod. But since the bug happened again later on, I'm quite sure now its this mod.

I do have a bunch of mods on me right now, something like maybe 30-50 mods. So there is still a chance it might be a mod conflict somewhere.

I'll remove this mod for now and post an update if the bug still happens later to me. This is just to double check if there is another mod causing this bug somehow.

Wow, thank you for this report! Really sorry about your weapons. I found the root cause and it's fixed now. Smelter bills will properly respect all their filter settings again, including the biocoded filter. Really appreciate you taking the time to document this so thoroughly. The details about how removing/re-adding the mod temporarily fixed it were super helpful for tracking down what was going wrong. Latest version coming out soon should have it completely fixed
