Location small Island with Pegasus and Co airfield.
Independent forces are hostile to blue forces (my side).
I have problems with the jammers. I set up 3 Jammers (Independent side.)
The jammers dont jam drones (AR-2 Darter Nato Version). The jammers are "sighted" at the open sea from where I approached with the drone. I could comfortably fly or let the drone fly into the sigting range of the jammers without any effect.
Lag occurrence
Occurrence: All UAVs, UCAVs, and autonomous turrets. In the case of UCAVs (MQ-4A Greyhawk and MQ-12 Falcon tested), the lag caused Scalpel missiles to have a high chance of hitting the ground without exploding.
No lag: All UGVs and UGCVs, as well as RC-40 drones (the only UAVs that can be carried in a pocket, rather than on the back or not at all). I also tested the Stomper/Saif in comparison to previous tests. They show no lag whatsoever.
Exception: Utility Drones (all variants), AP-5 Bustards, Demining drones and IED UAVs have lag, but it is short compared to all others with long lag.
Mods
Required: CBA_A3, Drone Signals
Additional: FPV Drone Crocus Enhanced (the drones used were only lag-free outside of Drone Signals), GX-Drones, KVN Fiber-Optic FPV Drone, Switchblade Loitering Munition, Weapon Research and Security: Autonomous systems
Partially: Combat Drones Expansion, Multiple Drones in Inventory
All drones had long lags except for drones from GX-Drones (Nobody100 tested Black Hornet, so I became interested in it) and mechs from Weapon Research and Security: Autonomous systems (mechs are treated as infantry that can be remotely controlled optionally).
I tried using the Multiple Drones in Inventory mod, but it didn't help after all, and the only drones that work flawlessly are those that can be stored in your pocket without the option of packing them on your back (GX-Drones [all] and RC-40 [all variants] from the Reaction Forces DLC) and all UGVs and UGCVs.
There is nothing more to test in this regard. I see that the mod is designed only for UAVs that can be stored in pockets and all UGVs/UGCVs.
