My Stat thoughts
This looks like a gun that can pack a real punch so im thinking:
+20% damage
+Deals explosive shots (small radius, like Direct Hit's)
-10% Fire Rate
-33% Clip Size
-10% accuracy / +10% bullet spread

No.... it's only 3 shots, and u fire at a much less speed than a normal scattergun...
This is a heavy gun lol ofc it has to pack some power
i think the gun is 2 big and you will probably disable viewmodel same ♥♥♥♥ with the backscater
That seems a bit OP. I don't think boosting a scout's damage output is good unless you give him a nerf in mobility and/or range with it. Love the design of the gun though.

It would have 4 shots the idea is 33% and the normal scattergun has 6 shots it also does sound quite op.
I have a few simple ideas:
One:
A 30% higher fire rate and a 10% faster reload speed. 10% damage reduciton. One less shot.
Two:
10% damage increase, damage bonus at long range/more effective at longer ranges (A smaller spread on the shot) One less shell, 20% slower firing rate.
Three: 20% spread increase (The shot is wider, not as useful at longer ranges, the anti short stop) 10% damage bonus. Some form of M2, like a Molotov cocktail for example. (This IS a makeshift weapon after all, it would simply be an animation of a mad milk, but on fire without the milk. Plus it could be a charge meter based on damage, or like the sandman and mad milk and just need to recharge.)

Well, basically, this gun literally LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING HEAVY... So a damage buff is essential. I'll go for two.
And since its heavy, the shells should be bigger taking up more capacity of the barrel, thus decreasing the clip size to either 3 or 4/6, as well as cutting down the fire rate by about 10%

Is there a spell check you might actually use?
Not trying to be rude or anything but i think all the weps must have a special ability to be interesting and good like 'The Atomizer'. It makes it unique and not boring by adding unusual stat that no other wep possess instead of just doing something like increasing the damage. That might be part of the reason why valve dont release weps that often, they take time to think about new and interesting stats. REALLY COOL AND DETAILED DESIGN THOUGH!

It seems a bit too heavily leanebd towards a power-packing heavy weapon for the scout.I feel that it should be more scout-y. I mean that it should have lowered damage (-10%) and incredibly high reload speed and firing speed (+15% for both). More speedy like the scout. This is just how I feel though. Contradict me if you don't agree.
