pretty much all weapons on the workshop dont have stats, in the demo it just says its a reskin, it does the same exact damage a scattergun does

Reskins make things look better than what they originally are (most of the time).
So for this, it looks like a modified version of a Scattergun.

Didn't you watch the video? It said if valve adds it, there would be new stats.
