+50% damage (in comparison to the sandman's ball) (scales on distance, the minimum being 30 damage and the maximum 65 damage) (so it can two shot a class with 125hp from really far away)
+25 projectile speed (in comparison to the sandman's ball)


Negative:
-50% ammo
-65% max ammo
-65% rate of fire

Neutral:
Can be charged up to 1 second for +50% projectile speed (in comparison to the sandman's ball)
Long distance hits stun opponents for 3 seconds




So now it'd be balanced, but not bad and it'd be a fun novelty weapon!
