Visual Issue

On the campaign map the rice fields are in perpetual wave motion like the sea, everything was normal before but noticed it on loading this morning. Restarts do not fix it. Any idea?

My GPU has gone into extreme power saving mode and I don't know how to get it going again but this is the cause.
