Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

Shokuho
GPU Maxing
I've found that this mod is very demanding even at lower graphics. I'd often find my GPU at 100% at 30mins to an hour.
I have a ROG 3080 10GB, and noticed my GPU at 100% and reaching temps of +85C. The spike in demand is typically while in an instance like the Arena, towns, or during battle... however, when accessing areas like the Arena and especially the blacksmith, my GPU usage and temp skyrockets.

I understand it being demanding when tons of people are moving + lighting & shadows, but the smithy shouldn't be as taxing as the rest and sometimes worse than being on the battlefield.
Has anyone else encountered an issue like this?

Also note that I tested this in Vanilla, my GPU didn't get past 60C at max settings.

You're an actual moron.

Same here, the mods visuals are gorgeous but if that visual quality comes at the cost of it barely running on a 3 year old system then I'd much rather a hit to the quality than a hit to my framerate.

Good to know that I'm not the only one. I'm not saying this to insult the mod, I just want to hold creators accountable for optimization.
i ahve the 3080ti and in towns im at 100 percent. there are a lot of npc's and lots of wind and moving particles i noticed. but my game still runs pretty smooth. The Gpu should be good to run at 100 tbh. In arenas im at 71 to 100 kinda changed each round. battles didnt stress my gpu but i currently havent had any major ones.
i also frame limit to 170 FPS

I don't think that I've had fps drops, more or less worried that some areas are more demanding than others, especially areas that shouldn't be like the pause menu being slightly more demanding than being in the middle of a city, or the smithy screen being more demanding than a full scale war. Again, I just wanted to raise the awareness and have us players hold devs accountable for optimization.
