The game crashes when I try to save or autosave.

Crash after leaving settlements/towns

I don´t know whats wrong.
Everytime i leave a settlement/town the game crashes. While if i´m enlisted to a lord, we can enter and leave settlements without a problem.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
