Gunsmith Workshop:what materials do they need?

It tells you the inputs when you go to workshop and click change. For Gun smithy its Iron,Hardwood,Sulfur. Which i found really hard to find a town with all 3.

It's in the Saikai Region. The City of Muranaka has all but one.(Wood on a nearby city, like Hinoe.)
