Starvation while under the siege issues
Correct me if I wrong, but in the original game there was a mechanic involving death from starvation. In my playthrough defenders aren't dying from starvation while siege goes. Could it possibly be a bug??

In the original game you cant starve out the militia, only the garrison. I feel the militia is way to big for some citys/towns.
