Well From what I've seen from the owners of The Big leboski, it's a film company, and I'm sure it's merrits were paid off for that item to exist here, Sony with the box trot, may or may not have actually agreed to any settlement as is the taunt is still ambiguis to what is referencing. (Case in point, Sony doesn't own putting a box on your head and walking around, At least I see no copyright infringement or any cases held on that matter.) The Trek thing here though has it's problems since unlike the Leboski, They're still rehashing Star Trek and That affiliated. Now if it were that the Leboski Films were seeing a reboot instead of just idling by like how it is, I can see your point.

You do realise that the Entire look and resemblance of the Big Leboski's Character (Hair, Chin Hair and Glasses,) was essentially Copyrighted right? It was created as a Homage to the main character, so yeah you can copyright looks if they come from a popular series, such as the Team captain and crafty hair is from Street Fighter.

I don't see why they wouldnt put it in the game.

It isn't exactly the hairstyle or even the ears that makes it harder to put ingame. It's more of the reference that makes it copyrighted. You can have someone with dumb hair like this and not be infringing on copyrite, but purposely referencing the character without permission would be doing so. I always wondered how they got away with the Doctor Who themed items, unless they payed for the use of it, of course.

What about the Team Captain? It's referencing M. Bison of Street Fighter and it got in.

What about the Deep Cover Operator? It's referencing Solid Snake of Metal Gear, yet it's in.
