Azona, you set the
eac_building_planetary_neutron_cannon
to
can_build = no

Can you set it to this?
can_build = yes

Directory: "\common\buildings\eac_at_war_buildings.txt"

Can you fix this please?

Edit: Also, you should create and pin a Bug Reports discussion thread for these kinds of things, so that you comments section doesn't get clogged up. You could delete this discussion thread afterwards for the sake of clarity and organisation.

Uhhh no because neutron canon is an upgrade of proton canon. Its not ment to be build separately.
