It works for me. Though, if it doesn't, put any other mods that modify districts, zones etc above the "BPV - More Building Slots - Compatibility" mod.
Old saves sometimes create problems. Did you adjust your playlist mod order so that this "BPV - More Building Slots - Compatibility" mod is below any UI mods?
And did you use the exe file from above link on your save? And maybe even load same save again while it's already loaded?
If nothing works, try Irony Mod Launcher to detect mod conflicts, more specifically, to see which mods conflict with BPV mod...
Because of the number of mods for Stellaris, which is huge, mod creators can't support compatibility with every mod, neither they can solve every compatibility issue.
This is especially problematic for players with huge number of mods. In that case, detecting mod conflicts by using Irony Mod Launcher, and creating compatibility patches are the only remaining solution.
Though, if you manage to find the issue, such as a mod conflict, I suggest you to contact with BDP mod's creator and tell about the mod conflict.
I did also it might because Lag Fix. I am looking into it right now. And I did use the EXE provided.
Edit: didn't work. Either UI Overhaul is messing it up or 100 modlist doesnt want BPV to work.
It would take a lot of time, but with Irony Mod Manager, you can create your own compatible patch.
Just unsubscribe from Compatibility mod first. (2 mods trying to do same job with highest mod load order is bad.)
Nevermind. The newest Stellaris update broke the "Better Planet View" mod. That needs to be updating.
