It could be used for both classes kinda like the reserve shooter for pyro and soldier.

yeah i thought it was a spy's knife the second i saw it so i was kinda disappointing when it wasn't but hey a new cleaver re-skin would be nice.

I thought it was a spy knife I Didn't like it at first but when I found out it was like the Cleaver And it was a Scout item.
It would be a nice spy knife too see What you can do when you make items you can turn them into other things.
