No, it's just that the Uploader and/or Game refuses to properly apply the mod contents for any new submod I create. It downloads and it's all there, and you can go to Steam's workshop folder and nab my submod's XML folder and copy and paste it into the base mod's folder replacing its XML and that can work.
But by itself with the intended way you use these submods, the STEAMMOD= perimeter layering and whatnot, no matter what I do I can't get it to work. I'm not sure if it's a issue with the uploader, the game or the submods themselves but this is a recent thing and as for the ones in this collection I haven't updated them, in fear the error will apply to them (the ones I've already made still work on my end but it seems updates to the base mod - particularly FOTR - may cause issues for others).
This has been going on for many months at this point and only applies to when I try to make and upload NEW Submods. There is another thread I made about this issue, but I'm not sure what else to do since there is no overt, obvious error or etc I'm being given within any program, (sub)mods or other things that are applicable to the situation.
In any case I don't want to quit on it even if I take breaks and I believe others don't as well.
