Stats?
Replaces pistol (secondary slot)

+ when thrown, adds a small smokescreen temporarily blinding a target or area for 5 (changeable) seconds.
+25% resistance to fire damage.
-slow recharge time, %25 slower than mad milk.
- cannot replenish from resupply (prevent spamming).
-%10 slower moving speed on wearer.
- Doesn't work in water/lava.
- Can only stay airborne for 3 seconds (to prevent random lobbing across maps)
- Pyro's can airblast smoke away.
This just my idea, you can say your own below.

First balanced stats I've seen in a while. Bravo.
I think its a bit over powered, so i thing it should get rid of the bat or the other ones. As always this might be a bad idea. I think this might actully be added to the game. Heres a raccoon! :bbtraccoon:

I don't reckon it could replace anything else as it would be rechargeable like the Bonk!, guillotine and mad milk, which are all secondary weapons. So having it as a bat would be weird in gameplay.
I think the Pyro's compression blast should be able to remove it. Just an idea.

oh! how about if any enemy soldier or demo shoots a rocket,sticky,or gernade, it will explode smoke and if anyone walks into it or other than a pyro which can airblast it so its safe for red or blu depending on the team to mark it as the "enemy" smoke.
And also, if it hits on the ground, it will be 5 secs for it to puff smoke out.
I think thats making it more powerless, that way it will be equal for any other secondary. I dont want it do be over used.

I think the speed penalty will make it balanced as many people still want scouts speed.

Nah, that would be a bit unfair. With the baby face, you would be a little bit faster than a normal scout so I don't think it would mater much, besides, not many people use the babyface as of it's clip size.

Nah, that would be a bit unfair. With the baby face, you would be a little bit faster than a normal scout so I don't think it would mater much, besides, not many people use the babyface as of it's clip size.
People know it makes you move fasters, like pros know so there gonna use the baby face blaster.
I pesonally think a -10% on health would be better instead of -10% speed

or even both
Maybe it could blind enemies and sentry fire for a short period of time.
