There are more events that can happen

Sometimes you'll see the Intruder run through your backyard and hop over the fence into the neighbour's backyard

This one is a common one but I'll still mention it. The Intruder can sometimes be seen running up to the front door, ringing the door bell, then knocking on the door, before waiting a bit and then eventually running away down the street.
