I recently learned you can just get the killer to spawn in for the scare at the window then shoot him as he runs off

33.54 seconds. Get the gun, go to the laundry room, open the door to the outside, do the laundry, go outside, kill the NPC. Self-defense ending. Obviously not how it's intended to be played. You can definitely bring the time down if you practice this enough.
