I don't have any improvements to add. But I noticed that certain parts of the map are still unfinished and I figured that the following are not usually found in Arma maps:

Abandoned cemetery or war memorial
Flower fields
Motorcycle trick parkour/circuit
Abandoned nuclear power station
Hot springs
Industrial Grain collection or slaughterhouse with rail connection
Hunting lodge or area
