does it auto build these things?

does it build everything in the holding first and then the hospital and others or it build anything it can afford?

it doesn't build the hospital, fort, or trade post itself, but it will build buildings inside them if they are already built.

It builds what it can afford, prioritizing the cheapest building first IIRC.
