Is the Pipe that leads to the Gate from Pebbles supposed to become inaccessible after you leave it?

"Intentional" in the sense that I know about it, there was trouble with substituting the room from vanilla out for one with an entrance there and this was the most workable solution. I don't really like it but the region can't be traversed backwards anyway, maybe this will be fixed in a later update.

The pipe won't appear for me. Does it work on pre-existing campaigns or do I have to make a new one?

Did you warp directly to DS_GUTTER01? It takes you to the wrong place if you do that, warp to DS_A25 instead and head right

This wouldn't effect how the game loads a region. The best advice I can give is to disable all your mods in remix, verify your game files (Manage > Properties > Installed files), then re-enable everything and try again.

Alright, I'll try that
I'll also enable only essential mods (i.e.: Remix, MSE, Auxiliary Intake, and the dependencies)

It didn't work again. Does playing as Rivulet make it not work?

NVM it worked as Survivor. Not sure why Rivulet wasn't working
