Other Mod's Item doesn't drop from Calamity Fables Enemies

"Remove Duplicate Calamity Content" in Config

Am I supposed to turn this setting on or off if I'm playing the mod standalone without the original calamity mod. It feels like this is supposed to be on to make the 2 mods compatible but it feels confusing since it's on by default.

It really doesn't matter, it only removes duplicate items between the two mods. This mod is not intended to be played with original Calamity added on but it doesn't break if you decide to add it
