Also why is Rumkuma called the City of Eternal Night? And is that reflected in the mechanics somewhere?
Perhaps I should double information a bit more. I'll try and rewrite stuff. I guess I tried avoiding repeating myself a bit to much this time.
That's just what they called it. But really that's about the extend of what I could find on it. It's a place in Egypt where it's always night time from where the Tooru originate.
Mechanically it has no impact for we can't cast rituals with events. I could make a G ritual tied to the cap site for darkness... I should do that.
But beyond that lorewise I want the enchantments to have faded. The name remains but the great walled city is no longer perpetually dark.
No not resources, Recruitment Points. For example Red Warriors cost 38 RP. That's more than most light cavalry, almost as much as some heavy cavalry (many heavy cav are 46 RP). A comparable glamoured human-plus infantry for EA Vanheim costs 21 RP. RP is partially relies on population of the province, and Early Age does not have big population to give you lots of RP.
They're meant to be rare small armies augmented by either summons or human troops. But open to feedback, I'll take it in consideration.
