Tell here items that I forgot.

These things work in vanilla, I won't fix them:
  • T. Magdalene's heart drop
  • T. Keeper's coin spawn
  • Infestation 2
  • Athame (upon statue shatter)
  • Contagion (upon statue shatter)
  • Urn of Souls
  • Vade Retro
  • Quints
  • Hungry Soul

As of Rep+ (v.1.9.7.11), also are fixed:
