Camera Bug

Tested on 64-bit branch with no other addons active, very odd camera behavior happens on all vehicles except for the Accord, James' Coupe, and the Monacos.

Some of the cars make you hop out too close too, you have to crouch and uncrouch to get yourself unstuck.

yeah the bug makes it pretty much unuseable on certain maps
