how do i get to the area Deep under ground? i know there is a elevator that takes me there but it does not work, that i know of. im thinking its the suit cases but idk...

Here's what I managed to find: A way to open the door of each of the 5 colors, 4 sound cassettes, 3 graffiti with a man with an umbrella, 3 types of ghosts (including a screamer of a man with an umbrella), an unknown key from the basement, a painting with some kind of inscription.

we also found the code 24724, but we don't know what to do with it. I would also like to know what to do with the second key from the basement.
