pretty sure the stats/locker and bank are broken or at least buggy
i say this because the fridge stored the first weapon i ever put in it, and none others.. also the bank has never worked for me. and the only perma perk i manage to get are the red insta kill and metal barriers (if i repair enough barriers in a game)
