On my gameplay those right-clicks doesn't throw errors but i vaguely see why, i tried to fix, let me know if it worked. I'm not totally sure which windows you're referring to, in case it's still buggy please give me coords so i can teleport and check directly in place.

Problem with Curtains
Hello,i am in the Lake House near Muldraugh. The Coordinates are X 10080 Y 8240
There are Long Curtains hanging in the air if i use this Mod. Maybe cause of the new Interactions with the windows.
They are in the Bedroom,Kitchen and 2 in the Living Room. You can see them outside hanging in the Air. If you dismantle and put them back on the Window you still can see them outside hanging

Hello! I've been there with only my mods enabled, both old and new save, and i've been unable to replicate this issue. I tried to pick up the curtains and reinstal both on base floor and 1st floor, no issues.

I think it's not my mod directly but a compatibility issue with other mods... one that affect windows maybe with code or even textures. If you manage to find which one i can give it another try.
