I did specifically make stuff to account for Lost and Keeper and it should be keeping whatever health you had beforehand until you roll into the next character that has health. BB > Lost > Bethany would definitely do it though LOL, that's unfortunate. I did have a check to grant you health if you had none after granting the saved health back, but I only put it for non-main-twin characters (esau). When I get around to updating Birthcake (probably to add modded cakes) I'll push a fix to always give you health if you end up with none
