If you want a more custom experience, use Choose Your Spawn!
If you have specific ways you want to play this, like less zombies, weaker zombies, more loot, etc, you can recreate the spawn just by using the Choose Your Spawn mod HERE and choose your own Sandbox Options.

The spawn point settings used in this Challenge are:
X Coords: 12786
Y Coords: 1527
Enable Level Changes
Level: 26

That indicates you are using Build 41. The new skyscrapers and 7+ buildings only exist in Build 42 of Project Zomboid.

im on build 42 but console says ile is null when i try to spawn at those coords
