Bug after picking up placed AIOShelter

There is no error or anything but I noticed that if you are using Improvised Tent every time I place then picked up AIOShelter regardless if it has mattress/pillow/both/normal. , it changes the Improvised Tent to TentGreen.

BUG: Improvised Tent turning to TentGreen [imgur.com]
