midnight owl quest
i tried looking for the listening device everywhere in bope hq but i cant find it, are there other places for it to spawn and is there a way to skip this quest using commands ?

I mean you could flag it I guess but questions because it's a bit confusing, are you sure it's the BOPE Headquarters and did you look on the first floor towards the back rooms?

yes im certain its the BOPE Headquarters (bope zombies,bope loot) and i did check every room including the the storage area in first floor

Where did you find it? :/ I feel like I'm running in circles checking every room, including prisoner cells. And it has BOPA written on the building so it must be the place (southeast from the carioca FM). Im confused...
