Solar Troubles
I have been looking for a bit and the description of the quest is kinda vague, where are the "solar piles" exactly? And also where is the Master Keycard at Santo Joint?

I have found two in the Underground 1 area but can't find the other

I have found all three so all good on that, but still haven't found the Master keycard

Master keycard is located at the 3rd level underground. You'd need the admin keycard first tho.

If you enter the main entrance with like the arch and all the containers and warehouses, there should be a little cargo elevator thing it's on
