for the midnight owl quest, i've already got the meeting locations but i don't know where to get the listening devices

its an unmarked location noth of rio its like right the slums you will be looking for a small box i found mine first left one of the room on the left side on some selves

It's a small box on a shelf at the BOPE headquarters, it's an unmarked location with the gray road connecting with the FM place, should be on the first floor
