well have you checked thorougly? The only ones are at the Airbase, Airport and Duque De Caxias plus the one is at a tunnel near Santos Joint its at the top right the road connecting to Santos Joint up the road from the back LMG is on the APC there

not bugged, theres only the vehicle on the top right, not the LMG (happened with me in my run)

maybe different spawns?

They are usualy on Intact APCs but there are others like tiped over destroyed ones although Ive searched those vehicles found nothing only on the ones Intact may need to replay this quest again so to know where they actually are

There are two in the Air Base, one at the entrance destroyed and I believe one on the tarmac or in the middle of the base, there's one in a huge convoy pileup at Duque De Caxias, and one at the military tent near the hangars at the Galeao Airport.

There are two in the airbase 1 on the entrance. the second one is between the tents and a building
