its near the Garden Lady infront of her on the right a pipe sticking out but you need 20 plastic tubes

try Talking to one of the jaguarmen that will talk about some guy you kicked of the safezone then talk to the boss which is the big dude they should leave.

i talked to them im 2/3 but everytime i tell him that i know where he is, he just answers with ?

yea then thats a bug may have to wait until its fixed or restart the entire thing ill be restarting all the quests again to make sure maybe missed smth

yo were the best place to get a jack hammer other then dead zone or whats the id my luck truned rotten i got to redo the last 2 hours because of lighting
