one is at the mansion Balconey 1st floor the 2nd one is behind the garden lady and the 3rd one is at the beach of the Brocoli Island.

well BOPE stands for "Batalhão de Operações Policiais Especiais," they have a HQ near Rio between Mt. Corcovado and Carioca FM.

On top of the rock behind the garden one on the tree at the beach area and last one at the Mansion Balcony the fridge
