What Am I suppose to look for in the forest North West from Brocolo Island? Ive been searching around on foot and on a helicopter

I got stuck on the same quest

Given that it's a quest that has to do with Chaos, I thought it would be something out of place or shining

I haven't found anything yet, finding needles in a giant haystack is very difficult

I found it, it is located in the attic of the building that is not marked between the dam and Petrópolis
